I currently am working on several research projects related to corporate environmental responsibility. I also have a couple of studies underway that examine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on employees. Moving forward, my lab is beginning to investigate mindfulness in the workplace and how it relates to enhanced corporate environmental responsibility. I also will be starting a project that seeks to examine the impact of long COVID on employees.
Current Projects:
Why Firms Hide Their Light: Brownwash, Silence and Variegated Stakeholder Non-Communication
Organizational Response to Disease Outbreak: Healthcare Study
Environmental leadership reconceptualized: The role of employee voice in the emergence of environmental leadership
Career Empowerment and Leadership: Maintaining Sustainable Careers in Light of the COVID-19 Pandemic
